Policies for Wholesale Sales
1. Introduction
Welcome to Blackstone FZC. By placing a wholesale order on BlackstoneFZC.com, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. These terms outline the policies governing transactions, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.
2. Eligibility for Wholesale Purchases
- Wholesale sales are only available to registered businesses and bulk buyers.
- A valid business registration, VAT certificate (if applicable), and trade license must be provided upon request.
- Blackstone FZC reserves the right to approve or reject any wholesale application.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Orders must be placed through BlackstoneFZC.com or via official communication channels.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all wholesale transactions.
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications will only be accepted at Blackstone FZC’s discretion.
- Orders are subject to product availability and may be delayed in case of stock shortages.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices listed on BlackstoneFZC.com for wholesale purchases are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and duties.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, Letters of Credit (LC), and other approved methods.
- Full payment must be made before shipment unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in order cancellation or penalties.
- Any currency fluctuations impacting pricing will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and subject to change based on logistics constraints.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Blackstone FZC is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Wholesale purchases are final, and returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence.
- If a return is approved, replacements or store credits will be issued at Blackstone FZC’s discretion.
7. Product Quality & Compliance
- All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Blackstone FZC ensures that products meet international compliance and safety standards where applicable.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify product compliance with their country’s import regulations before purchasing.
8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All pricing, agreements, and trade terms are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.
- Blackstone FZC retains all intellectual property rights related to its branding, product names, and website content.
9. Liability & Force Majeure
- Blackstone FZC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability).
- In case of force majeure, both parties will negotiate in good faith to find a suitable resolution.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any disputes arising from wholesale transactions shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
- Any legal costs incurred in dispute resolution will be borne by the respective parties.
11. Amendments & Updates
- Blackstone FZC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. General Policy
At Blackstone FZC, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are considered final. However, we recognize that there may be instances where returns or refunds are necessary.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The claim is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or special-order items.
- Products that have been used or altered from their original state.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
4. Return Process
To request a return, customers must:

- Provide clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item.
- Wait for approval from our team before shipping the product back.
- If approved, return the item using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error was from Blackstone FZC.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Replacements & Store Credit
In cases where a refund is not applicable, Blackstone FZC may offer:
- A replacement product of the same or higher value.
- A store credit that can be used for future purchases.
